Terms and conditions

1. Services

We provide professional installation services for:

  • EV home chargers
  • Solar panel systems
  • Battery storage solutions

All services are subject to availability, site suitability, and a full assessment by our qualified installers. We reserve the right to decline service requests where installation is deemed unsafe or impractical.

2. Quotes and Site Assessments

All quotations provided are free of charge and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided by you and/or gathered during our site assessment. If additional work is required or site conditions differ from what was originally assessed, we reserve the right to amend the quote accordingly.

3. Booking and Payment

Once you approve your quote, a date for installation or service will be scheduled. A deposit may be required prior to installation, with the balance due upon completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.

We accept payment via [list payment methods, e.g. bank transfer]. All payments must be made in full and on time. Late payments may result in additional charges.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a service by giving at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative or scheduling costs.

In the event that we need to reschedule or cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

All installation work is carried out by qualified professionals and in accordance with current UK regulations. We offer a workmanship warranty of [insert duration, e.g. 12 months] on all services provided. Equipment or components installed may come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which we will register on your behalf where applicable.

Please refer to manufacturer documentation for specific warranty terms. Warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or damage caused by third parties or external events.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure quality and safety, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss or damage
  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised tampering with installed systems
  • Issues arising from existing electrical faults or infrastructure not within our control

Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided, unless otherwise required by law.
